$2bn+ in combined company value now represented on Caplia, across 19 countries.

A new milestone for the Caplia Venture Platform

Caplia has passed a major milestone.

Companies using our Venture Platform now represent more than $2 billion in combined company value across 19 countries.

Behind that number is something more important: a growing body of company evidence, readiness intelligence and institutional decision data being structured through Caplia every day.

Our aim is to build the private intelligence infrastructure for the early-stage company ecosystem. Infrastructure that helps founders become more capital ready, while giving investors, accelerators, universities, banks and other institutions a clearer, more consistent way to understand the companies they support.

Today, that infrastructure is operating at meaningful scale.

The numbers behind the milestone

Across the Caplia Venture Platform:

  • 5,179 Caplia Readiness Index assessments have been completed across early-stage companies.

  • 6,113 company documents have been uploaded into secure, private company environments, including pitch decks, financials, business plans and other critical company evidence.

  • 3,000+ questions have been asked through Iris, our AI assistant powered by Phronel. Every prompt, response and piece of company data remains private and is never used to train a model.

  • 521,676 investor-to-startup thesis fits have been generated using company evidence and investor criteria.

  • 10,757 checks have been run against investors’ own investment criteria.

These numbers reflect the role Caplia is beginning to play across both sides of the early-stage ecosystem.

For founders, Caplia provides a structured way to understand their readiness, strengthen the evidence behind their company and present a decision-ready profile to investors.

For institutions, it provides a private intelligence layer for understanding companies more consistently, identifying where support is required and applying their own criteria across large portfolios of businesses.

From fragmented company data to decision-ready intelligence

Early-stage companies are inherently fragmented.

Critical information sits across pitch decks, financial models, data rooms, cap tables, applications, founder conversations and third-party sources. Different stakeholders then interpret that information in different ways.

Caplia is designed to turn that fragmented evidence into a structured company state.

At the centre of the platform is the Caplia Readiness Index, our framework for assessing the fundamental readiness of an early-stage company. Alongside it, Caplia Passports give companies a secure, shareable and decision-ready profile, while our private intelligence layer helps users interrogate company evidence and understand it in context.

For institutions, the same infrastructure can apply their own thesis, investment criteria and decision frameworks across the companies they assess.

The objective is not to replace human judgement.

It is to give that judgement better evidence.

Private intelligence by design

As Caplia scales, privacy remains fundamental to the architecture.

Company documents, prompts, responses and institutional criteria are handled within private environments. Data submitted through Caplia is not used to train Phronel or a general-purpose model.

This matters because the information flowing through early-stage company decisions is often some of the most commercially sensitive information a business or institution holds.

Building useful intelligence for this market therefore requires more than capable AI. It requires infrastructure designed around security, confidentiality and trust from the outset.

Building the intelligence layer for the early-stage ecosystem

Passing $2 billion in company value is an important marker for us, but the larger opportunity is what becomes possible as the network grows.

Every company assessed through Caplia can be understood through a more consistent framework.

Every institution can bring its own decision criteria into that environment.

Every founder can build a clearer view of what is strong, what is missing and what needs to improve before approaching capital.

That is the infrastructure we are building: a private intelligence layer between early-stage companies and the institutions that support and capitalise them.

19 countries. More than $2 billion in company value. And growing.
