Funds use Caplia to receive, review and manage founder inbound without drowning in decks, links, emails and scattered applications.

We are looking for a Head of Sales, Funds to bring venture funds, angel networks, syndicates and investment teams onto Caplia.

What you’ll do

You’ll own the fund sales motion from first conversation to signed customer.

That means finding the right funds, running outreach, leading demos, managing pilots and converting early interest into revenue.

You’ll help build the playbook as we go, from messaging and ICP through to pricing, onboarding and pilot conversion.

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build the commercial engine, not inherit one.

What you’ll be selling

Caplia helps funds:

  • Receive founder inbound in one place

  • Turn scattered materials into structured company profiles

  • Review companies faster

  • Track pipeline activity and next steps

  • Improve the founder experience

  • Prepare cleaner notes, memos and internal reviews

  • Build a more consistent operating rhythm around deal flow

The core message is simple:

Caplia gives funds a cleaner way to receive, review and act on founder opportunities.

Who you are

You’re commercially sharp, direct and comfortable selling to smart, sceptical people.

You may have experience in SaaS, venture, accelerators, founder communities, investor relations, fintech or B2B partnerships.

You do not need to have worked in VC. You do need to understand how funds think, how founders raise and how to turn interest into action.

You’ll be good at

  • Getting meetings

  • Running strong discovery calls

  • Demoing product clearly

  • Writing sharp follow-ups

  • Managing a disciplined pipeline

  • Turning pilots into paying customers

  • Building trust with investors

  • Feeding useful customer insight back into product

You’ll be working directly with the founding team to build the fund side of the business.
