Every score Caplia produces has to be private, consistent and backed by evidence. You'll build the systems that make that true, from the data the models learn from to the evaluation that proves they work against real capital outcomes.
What you'll own
01Model pipelinesTraining, evaluation and deployment for Phronel, end to end.
02Data foundationsThe datasets behind readiness scoring and traction signals, versioned and clean.
03Evaluation on outcomesChecks that measure our models against what actually happened to companies.
04Private by designModels that run on our own infrastructure and never train on customer data.
What you'll bring
Production ML experience, not just notebooks
Strong Python, data pipelines and model evaluation
You own problems end to end, from data to deployment
Curiosity about how capital finds the strongest companies
Nice to have
Experience with LLM fine-tuning or evaluation
Work in fintech, venture or financial risk
