Full-stack Engineer
Build the core Caplia platform end to end, from the Caplia Passport to the workflows funds, accelerators and banks use every day.
The role
Caplia is private intelligence for the early-stage ecosystem. Accelerators, funds, angels, early-stage banks, startup awards and founders use the Caplia platform, and Phronel, the private AI agent behind it, to manage company discovery, evaluation and support.
As a Full-stack Engineer, you'll build the core platform end to end: the Caplia Passport, intake, screening and the views every side of the ecosystem uses every day. You'll ship product across the stack, from interface to API.
What you'll do
Build and ship product features across the front end and back end
Own key surfaces: the Caplia Passport, intake, screening and portfolio views
Turn complex company data into clear, decision-ready interfaces
Work closely with the founding team on what we build next
Who you are
Experienced full-stack engineer who has shipped production products
Strong with modern web frameworks, APIs and databases
Cares about craft, speed and the details users notice
Comfortable with ownership in an early team
